Pole Divas provides studio pole dancing classes as
well as private one-on-one and small group pole dancing lessons in
the greater Phoenix area, including Glendale, Scottsdale, and
Peoria.
All Pole Divas classes are developed by instructors who
have completed specialized Pole Dance Instructor
Training to ensure you receive the highest quality instruction! Our classes are carefully structured to include safety and injury prevention, a simple break down of moves, and variations of tricks to accommodate all levels of students.

Pole Dancing Class Locations
Pole Dancing Classes are offered in Phoenix at several locations, conveniently accessible from most areas of
the valley.
Pole Dancing Classes
Offered year-round at our
studio locations, our pole dancing classes enable you to fully
advance in the art of pole dancing. Each series class includes new pole
dancing moves and routines that build on the earlier classes.
Students can expect to learn more advanced pole dance moves as they
advance through the classes, due to the strengthening and
conditioning of their bodies.
How To Register For Pole Dance Classes:
- Please read all class policies before signing up for a class
- Locate the classes you want to attend in the schedules below
- Type the names of the students attending
- Click on the Add to Cart button
- After adding all classes, click the View Cart button to review and pay for the order
- A confirmation email will be sent that contains your registration number
Pole Dancing Orientation Classes
Pole Dancing Orientation classes are one-time classes that meet
for an hour. This pole class is perfect for anybody who has never
touched a pole before or feels she is not a good dancer, or is just
looking to give pole dancing a try. The class focuses on
simple choreography, and does not include any weight bearing tricks.
Beginners can take
Pole Dancing Orientation as many times as they like. Orientation is not required before taking Level 1. Cost is
$30. All Pole Dancing Orientation classes are held at Move
Studios.

Level 1 Pole Dancing Classes
The six-week Level 1 course meets once a week
for an hour. This class is a beginner level course that teaches
basic pole transitions, floorwork, and spins. There is a limit of 1 student per pole for this class, so there is no sharing or waiting to use the pole - this is meant to be a workout after all. Because we teach more than just tricks, you won't just be hanging off the pole for an hour. After the warmup you will learn transition moves, filler and non weight-bearing moves, with a portion of the class dedicated to learning tricks or spins, followed by a choreographed routine to put it all together. Cost is $150
for the entire six-week course.

Level 2 Pole Dancing
Classes
The six-week Level 2 course meets once a week
for an hour. This class is an intermediate level course that expands
on the pole dance moves taught in Level 1 to include intermediate spins and preparing for inverts. You must take Level
1 prior to enrolling in this course and be able to successfully
perform Level 1 moves, or receive instructor approval. Cost is $150 for
the entire six-week course.

Workshops
Workshops are a great intro to pole dancing and
striptease. Workshops are held periodically throughout the year.

Striptease / Lap Dancing Workshop |

Learn the art of the tease in this one hour striptease and lap dancing workshop. This class is open to all levels of students. There is no nudity involved in this class (but what you do with the moves when you get home is up to you!) Cost is $30 per student.

Pole Climbing Workshop
Do you already know the basics and are looking for a new challenge? Then the pole climbing workshop is for you! Learn how to climb the pole, and what to do once you get up there. This class is open to any level students. Shorts are required for this class! This one hour workshop will teach you:
- How to stand on the pole
- Techniques for climbing the pole
- Sitting and posing on the pole
- Slide and dismount methods

Private Pole Dancing Lessons
These lessons provide confidential, one-on-one
instruction in the privacy of your own home within certain areas of
Phoenix, or at our studios. Instruction is tailored to meet your
individual needs, interest, and fitness level. Contact us for more
information and availability.
$60 per hour for 1 person at the studio (inquire about
rates for small group lessons). Travel fees may apply for in-home lessons.
Pole Rental
Need a pole to practice on, or to spice up your
special event? Pole Divas has several poles available to rent that
can accommodate any room. Rates start at $75 for a 2 night rental.

Class Policies
- No refunds or make-up classes are available for missed classes
- Prepayment is required to secure your spot in any class
- Class fees are fully refundable if cancelled
with a minimum of 7 days notice before the start of the first class
- Cancellations with less than 7 days notice before the first class will be refunded, minus a $25 cancellation fee
- No refunds are available after a class session has started
